Print Vend

This is the core market the software was developed for. You already have a client base and have regular print orders.

Your challenges are maintaining client satisfaction, generating new sales and maintaining your margins. To overcome these challenges you'll almost certainly be relying on one or several 3rd parties.

PVPress allows you to streamline the majority of your day-to-day business processes.

Client Satisfaction

Clients can now generate their own quotes, they can choose exactly what day their order will be delivered and we can liaise directly with them to overcome any production issues. Every part of the production process is handled via your site, so as far as the client knows they are dealing directly with you.

Generate Sales & New Business

Fed up of waiting for quotes from your suppliers? You can now generate the majority of your quotes instantly, enabling you to get back to your client sooner and increase your chances of winning that sale.

On top of this the addition of an online print store with a nationwide presence means you're not restricted to marketing within a specific area.

Maintaining Margins

Higher prices from suppliers and more pressure from clients to offer better prices all put your margins under pressure.

We aim to overcome this in a number of ways. Firstly we offer some of the best trade prices available in the UK, second we offer fantastic service and fantastic quality and finally we have numerous ways to help you "add value".

One of the first things you'll probably look at is what prices we offer, we price check a large number of our items and aim to offer trade prices around 10-20% less than the market average. However we think it's worth looking at this in a bit more detail...

We aim to offer your clients a fantastic level of service, which in turn should keep them coming back again and again. We can't emphasise the importance of this enough!

Example 1:

You buy an item for £45 and sell it for £60. You make £15 on the clients initial order, however due to delayed delivery, inferior quality or poor communication your client decides to look elsewhere in the future. Total value of the client = £15.

Example 2:

You buy the same item for £50 and again sell it for £60. You make £10 on the clients initial order, however this time delivery is a day early, the quality is fantastic and the client even got a text message on the morning of the delivery to tell them what time it was going to be delivered. The client goes on to order this item on a monthly basis. Total value of the client = £120 per year.

We know the above works as it's how we've developed our own business.
